At Only Goats, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging, including any certifications (if applicable).

  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.

To start a return, please contact us at infonlygoats@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.


2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong item.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return your original item and place a new order.


5. Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom printed jerseys or cards

  • Downloadable or digital items

  • Items on clearance or marked “Final Sale”


6. Shipping Returns

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
